if life's short, why worry?

everyday , seems to be tedious to some, ease for others and a joy for few...but life's so short, this morning I woke up , eating my breakfast, in my sleep, and when I woke up, I realized how it felt like death... any philosophical phenomena you came across which you fathomed one point but it became fathomable the next minute? To put it simple do you sometimes feel that it's a waste to cry over spilt milk?

Well, yes, actually. I find myself looking back at my past of lack of social skills, and it's ridiculous, it's time for me to fix the social skills, it's time for the present, not the past. I dwell in the past a lot.

i suppose it's regret that causes us to back slide...that's why we should let bygones be bygones to avoid thinking about the past in the bad way instead the past should be there for us to assist with the present, avoid the bad which happened in the present. agree?

Yeah, I totally agree, it's a waste of time. You learn your lesson and move on.

i over analyze things. I always go back and think of how i could have done something different. I don't know if life is that short. I try to live my life to the fullest. Also i have a hard time understanding our purpose on earth, so i try to focus on others more than myself. When i'm done with school i wanna make a change, but not for the money or to be famous. I want to make other people's lives easier in the future. It all depends on how you look at it.

I suppose to make things less complex, don't battle with your mind about something that may not have a solution. Life is short, but it doesn't mean we'll die in our 20's or something and it does not mean we must become depressed in my mid age or even our twilights...like you said, live life to the fullest :)
