dvd copy

i am trying to copy a dvd that was copied before but cant get it done although the programme said it was copied my comp can not pick up the disk i`ve tried everything

what program u r using? try to copy it in slow rate. try it first to dvdrw so u can delete and rewrite again if it doesnt work at first attempt. do u have dvd disk drive?
