marks on face

i have these red marks on my face. i think they have been left behind by pimples and tehy are not scars. im pretty shure they are just marks and red marks. tehy are so annoying and i want to get rid of them. please help me out

Oh marks on your face.. i suggest you to go on a dermatologist and see how will you get rid of them.. and consult a dermatologist and see what can you apply on your face for you not to cost money on those useless products.. so That will be the right thing to do.. Goodluck and happy posting

Maybe try changing your soap. It might be the one irritating your skin. You can also try putting some ointment to lessen the reddening. And whatever happens, don't scratch them. You can also try washing your face with plain water if it starts to itch.

Go ask for a professional help. I do have a big mole in my chin but I think I'll be keeping it for the rest of my life.
