I've recently come to the conclusion that all banks are evil. I've noticed that no matter what you do, banks always take a certain amount out of your account. THis amazes me because the money in the account is yours to begin with and yet the banks charge you to use your own money. They also charge you a whole lot if theres not enough money in your account and you have a bill payment come out or a cheque come out. But they will however take their fees out and leave your account in the negitive if there is not enough money to cover them. I don't really like banks and in fact I never have. But really you have no choice but to have a bank account. You can't cash your paycheque without one or pay your bills. So basically I think we are all screwed into paying what they charge. What do you think???

I had one account that was used up and I didn't bother to officially close it for about 6 months and when I finally did, I had a ton of service charges to pay.
I blew a gasket and refused to pay until they brought the charges down to 20-something (one months worth of charges).
I just figured they should've known the account was no longer active and should've had the decency to let it go dormant.

I think that the bank has to pay the people who work for them and that is why the charge you aswell. Do you think that they do everything for free. Do you have any idee what a payment by bank costs?
