How many times have you done in 24 hours?

We did 11 times in 24 hours.It's amanzing to us. We can't believe it when yesterday we talked about it. But it really happened.
I search the internet and find that doctor says too many times in a short period is not that good for your health. But I thind doing something crazy occationally can be a kind of good memory.
so what's your record and what your opinion?

Yes this could be harmful to your health.
It may be good occasionally, but I had a friend who went into hospital because of this.
Be careful.
