can you be in love with two people at the same time?

This question was on the radio the other day.Some said yes others said no. Is it possible? Won't that just lead to an emotional wreck? We are made to love but just how much? I hope you have an opinion about this issue I would love to know what my fellow mylotters think about this matter.

My opinion is you can fall inlove to two person at a time. A friend of mine have partner for 2 years. She was inlove with her partner and she knew it but she always have doubt in her about her feelings towards him. One time she try to have date with different guy just curios of what she would feel about it then it was too late when she find out from herself she was falling inlove with this new man, and at the same time realize she love her partner more than she love him before. That is why I think a person can fall inlove to two person at a time.
