anybody borrowed money from you, but no return?

I am very sad that one of my friend borrowed RMB 1000 from me for two years, but he did not return until now. even I can not contact him by phone, internet or friends.
He disappeared. I can't find him. I think , he don't want to return the money. I loose the money , also loose one friend.
Do anybody borrowed money form you , but no return ? Do you have similar experience like this ?

A friend borrowed money from me....well it happens to me everytime.I took it as an experience to be learned,but i have a friend borrowed from my friend and i am the guarantor but sadly he disappear and lost communication also.I suffered paying the money borrowed.

A lot of times. At first I got hurt. But later I learn to just let go. If they don't pay then I just consider it as a lost money. No personal grudges to the one who borrowed & never pay.

Yes this has happened to me, it is very sad that people do this as you do lend them money with a good heart, I thought i would never do that again but I did to another friend but they at least paid me back so i have my faith back again but i would be very careful in the future...

It happened lots of time in my life that some of my friends borrowed money and disappered. Most times it happened to be small amount of money, which I can afford. I think the problems is that when people borrows the money and disappesrs and does not return, the people will not give the money to people who will return or who really needs them.

Yes, I had experienced this many times already and I never learned.. Well, most of my friends usually borrowed money from but they don't even pay their debts.. Actually, I never asked them to pay me because I want that they are the one who will pay me with all of their heart but they'll never do that.. Sometimes, it takes a week and months for them to pay me.. If I really need money already and I can asked my parents to give me money then that is the time I'll asked them to pay me, they will also pay me.. Then some of friends don't pay their debts.. I don't want to have a headache so I just live it as ease.. Until now, I am not learning from before.. I don't know why..
