I don't think it's ok to have more than one girl at all, but at the same time maybe it's best that you don't say anything. He will get found out by one of them eventually, you should just leave them to it. Maybe, on the other hand, you should talk to him about it though. Mention that you saw him with another girl who wasnt the girl he was supposed to be with, and see what he says about it. Maybe she's just a friend?
