nightmares

i have lots of nightmares, usually between 3 to 4 a week, does anyone know how to cut this number down? is there even a way?

something in your life might be affecting you, and you could be facing lots of stress in real life. find the root of your problem. solve it.
and you can also take up some relaxing exercise such as yoga and you can also try jogging.it will clear your mind and it will also bring you a much better health.
and it will reduce the numbers of nightmares you have.
