Don't be stress out, bro. I highly recommend power machines and go for a ride or take a sweet drive out there. And it doesn't take much of a money. But if you want a more pure sweet relaxing elixir, I suggest going to the beach and just CHILL OUT, ha! Relax bro and have a nice day.

Here's my point of view regarding your stress, I'm a nursing so I will suggest some stress management for you, but I really have to assess you more but I can't but here's my point. Stress is a normal part of life and you must be realistic about that... If your tired of doing something or if your bored that is a sign that your not enjoying your work and we do feel stress.. that's my point..I can suggest different activities like watching movies or playing or exercising but it will all depend on what you like or hobbies you want because if you enjoy the things you like you will never get bored or stress trust me... Like for example me, I can watch movies in long hours without getting bored its just because your enjoying the thing you do rather than listening to class and as you can see they are both the same thing.... Hope you get want my point and you can chat me to discuss more about this...

I will watch movie and sleep, it helps me relax, and forget everything. Or go out with friends, have dinner and bowling.

Have you tried eating a banana? This is quite a relaxing thing to do!! You know, you slowly peel it and there's great therapy in that!! Ok, I'm just messing with you. On a serious note there are plenty of ways that you can relax. As you are quite busy there's probably not much time for you, but I was thinking one word - meditation! If you can easily take a short break then I would think that a ten minute meditation session would help, deep breathing exercises and the like. As you are on the supervisory level I guess you have quite a bit of responsibility, I don't know what that is like as I have never had charge over anyone. Still, I think you can still relax. Why don't you take a good book to work with you, something that will help you to escape reality temporarily? If all else fails just return to the banana peeling method!!! Andrew

Hhmmm.... A way to relax without spending too much.... SLEEP. Wake up late until such time you'd feel your body has recharged. If you're so stressed out then you need to rest. When you are already rested then that's the time you go do a relaxing activity like lazing around in the beach or a swimming pool.

I suggest you go out for a walk after dinner everyday. Have some fresh air and relax your body. I used to go out for a walk after dinner. It really works very well.

One cheap way to relax is to watch a movie on dvd. Try to borrow some dvd movies and lie down on the bed with a cold soda and a crunchy chewables may it be chocolates junk foods or what ever you wish to eat.
