Babysitting... a 7 and 5 year old

So right now this is in general discussion because obviously I am not allowed to add my interest onto here. Anyway I'm writing this because I've been babysitting my nephews and lately I'm trying to find activities to occupy them otherwise they'll get into something they shouldn't. They aren't allowed outside and can not read or write, and any site I look up has to do with them reading and writing and them being outside. I do have a few activities like a savenger hunt, board games, reading them books, drawing, coloring, and painting, but even with those I'm afraid they won't like them. So any advice or activity suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! ^^
