Your computer...your way!

I love sitting and going on the internet on my various sites whether it be for shopping or mylotting or doing reviews/surveys and spend an awful lot of time with my computer. I used to have a desktop but then decided to get a laptop next time because I could then go wireless and sitin front of the fire if it was cold outside!!
So what do you prefere - a laptop or desktop and if you have one or the other are you planning to switch anytime soon?

I only have a desktop but I think about investing in a laptop as it is more convenient and you can go anywhere you want with it !
But I will think twice before buying it as i'm a fan of desktops lol.

I think there are pros and cons of both so just really depends what works best for you. x

I totally agree.
Well i'm quite sedentary, at least i don't need to move when I go on the internet.
That's why I just need a desktop and not a laptop.
Now everyone's different and has a different way to live of course ^^

I have both types. I do prefer my desktop because it's more functional for me and my writing. But a laptop is nice to take on the go if I need a computer.

I have a desktop, but rarely use it since I got my laptop. I love the portablity of the laptop, I can sit outside on the porch and enjoying the fresh air as well as look at mylot, or my scrapbooking websites. I also like the fact I can take it with me when I travel, and stay in touch with my s/o, since it's easier for us to email each other during the day then for him to try to call me (since he has a busy position and always someone coming in his office).

I have a laptop and I like it a lot better than having a desktop. It's nice to be able to get out of the house and enjoy the sunshine while the children play outside.

Yes exactly the same here - I sit in the garden when it's sunny which I just couldn't do if I had a desktop! x
