How can pizza be GOOD for your health !

Well I just discovered that pizzas can be good for your health !
Yes you read right ! And even if you eat it everyday !
Here is the why :
First, Pizza are based on wheat (for the pasta) which contain a high amount of antioxidant*. But it only works with FULL WHEAT MADE pasta !
Higher baking time INCREASE antioxidant amount so as for the temperature. (tested with 14 min. baking at 285°C or 550°F).
Just a little note : antioxidant amount is only affected by the pasta, not by what's going on top (tomato sauce, cheese,...)
Reducing fat food on pizza is always better for your health (e.g. cheese)
Tomato sauce is not a problem here as it is a vegetable.
Do prefer putting low-fat cheese, spinach, and low-fat turkey sausage to get an "optimal pizza".
Of course, home made pizzas are always the best :)

*Antioxidant : This substance prevent body cells damage by inhibiting the oxidation process. In a practical way, it prevents cancers and heart diseases :)

Yes you're absolutely right ! ingredients has a big part in the healthy pizza but pastry has the most.
Well I didn't know it until i read an entire article about it ! ^^

Well this is good to know, because pizza is my favorite food. I could eat it morning noon and night.I really would eat it if it was good for me or not.....i eat itat least 3 times a week.

Well I can assure you that pizza is a healthy meal really !
I also love it and eat it like 4 to 5 times a week !
I'm just mad about it in fact lol ^^
How could we live without it ?? ... :O
