First, drinking water in the morning.
Also, drinking soap before the meal.
In addition, going up and downstairs will be good exercise

Regulary exercise and proper diet will do the trick! It will help you keep fit and healthy. It's one way to burn those calories and fats. If your friend doesn't have the time to go to the gym, then I suggest running.. it's also good to run once in a while or try any sports. I heard water sports can easily help you lose weight. Once you're always on the move, you will always burn calories. Stay away from junk food and anything unhealthy. Eat more vegetables, quit drinking or smoking and get enough sleep.
