Do you bite lip, nail..

I have not bit my nails since I was age 13. At that time I saw my father biting his nails and decided it looked disgusting. I looked at my own nails and quit biting them immediately. I bite the inside of my lip frequently, but I attribute that to the shape of my teeth. I don't chew on my lip like some people do.

I bite my lip and my nails, but I don't even realize when I do, it's a bad habit and I know it. Don't worry about what your friends do as little querks, everyone has them, maybe even you do that they don't like, but that shouldnt bother you. Everyone has their own querks, if we didn't, we'd all be the same, and what a boring world that would be.

i somtimes bite my nails lol,, and all my frnds keep askin me to stop it but i keep doing it its fun, why dnt u try it ? :P lol

i use to bite my nails ALL the time and one day i thought to myself you need to stop this.... i tired going one day and then the next. its just a mental thing, just like smoking if you can go one day than you can do another
