which do you prefer, inner beauty or outer beauty?

it has been a long debate.... men would prefer outer beauty coz they want to display their lovers in public... they would say that what's the use of inner beauty where in fact you can't let others see it. outer beauty is better coz they can take pride of their partner.. in my own contention, to have a pretty partner for men would mean a lot to them. above all, it could boost their ego.. on the other hand, women want inner beauty. they said that what counts the most is the personality not the physical attributes. as the couples grow older, outer beauty fades but inner beauty remains... in addition, outer beauty can be fixed whereas inner beauty can't... how about you? which do you think hold true to you. state your gender as well as your preference then give your reasons. thanks
