In our country, breakfast is a big thing for people. They all believe that it is the best meal of the day. Rice is a staple food and breakfast usually consist of fried rice, one viand like fried fish or hotdogs or bacon or ham with sunny side up eggs. Coffee or juice goes with this.
Sometimes, when people here do not want to eat rice, we have bread called pan de sal that can be eaten with jams or peanut butter, plain butter or cheese.
I also eat strawberry jam and butter with bread when I feel like having an American breakfast.
