To remain fit and healthy is in our own control. For the people with diabetes If one can control and change the eating habits and just exercise and morning walk for at least an hour you can control the disease. This is killer disease. To start with more fiber rich vegetables,fruit(not so sweet),low cholesterol food use of low cholesterol oil, less use of carbohydrates. I think if we can control it and say no to western junk food, we can keep healthy.
