Do you get wrong calls on your mobile or fixed line phone?

Yes, I sometimes get a wrong call. Futhermore we angry with me after I said that you have a wrong number call. I don't why they angry with me. Once time, I get the wrong caller. Then I said he was wrong and shut the phone. A few minutes again, he call back and ask again for someone name, I said the same answer and shut it. But he call back again and say I'm lying to him. It is very frustate with me. So I shut down my phone. Keep post happy myLotting...

Yes,I get lots of wrong calls.But,the most annoying part it some people are there when they know it is the girl on other line,they keep on calling to irritate you.I get calls who even refused to say anything,but make call and keep quiet.I just hate calls.Now,I don't pick any unknown numbers.

I always received wrong call stranger. It happened few times already from many people that I never know them. I really wonder how could this be since we all have unique individual phone number.

I used to get a wrong call all the time when I first got my number... I guess whoever owned it before me had people call it constantly... Finally I just got fed up with it... There was this one guy who called me all the time until I told him I got his phone number on my caller id & I reported his phone number to the police as a harrassment calls... He stopped right away... So I started to do the samething to all the wrong calls when they started to call more than twice... I can understand mistakes can happen & I've made them myself... Not 7, 8, 9, 10 times in a row... Now I hardly get any... Last time I've gotten a wrong call was about 3 month ago... The guy pushed a wrong area code... I politely told him that he called a wrong number... He politely appologised & it never happened again...

i am using the mobile phone as the the fixed phone i often receive the wrong calls from stranger but nobody has given me rash reply.one day a i have received wrong call from a lady thrice.she really felt sorry and she was totally confussed the wrong no was the finger mistake. in the same way i received a message which was not good then i talked to the boy who sent this he feel very sorry and ask to give him pardon .that boy told me this is also a finger mistake.there are two or three other case of wrong no i think that it is not by mischief but really mistake. i never mind it but icannot forget it .

Yes, it's very annoying. Especially when you're actually expecting a call from someone else and then the phone rings and you pick it up, only to have someone you don't know ask is he could please speak to someone you also don't know. I actually get text messages like that too, i.e. messages intended for another person. It's all the more frustrating when the same person insists on calling you even after you've told him/her that you aren't the person he/she is looking for. XP

hi ghazal, well sometimes i get wrong calls on my mobile phone. that's ok. one day in office, we got wrong calls several times. even a lady called three times and insisted that she dial the right numbers and want to talk to an unknown person. we wondered what had happened. and then we remember that the day before, some 'telephone men' fixed something (maybe did regular repairs) near by my house. and maybe they wrongly connected the wrong wires or something like that. we called the telephone operator and the problem was fixed the next day.
