Inoue as in Inoue Orihime from Bleach? I'm with you on that. I think she's very cute and kind too. I also like Makoto from 'The girl who leapt through time'. I find her character very easy-going and she also looks very cute with short hair. And of course, Sakura (the one from CSS is cuter. I have the one from TRC too elongated )

I find sakura (in card captor sakura right?!) cute. I haven't watched the 2 characters you had mentioned. I like sakura's dresses especially made for her by her best friend. And I love her hair with her bangs and headbands. And of course the wand adds to her cuteness.
