I love freshmilk and if only I have alot of money, I would go for fresh milk. I am also addicted to the NIDO powdered-milk taste. It's a flavor that I grew up loving. It's your typical milk but NIDO tastes differently.

I drink a lot of milk.We had two milch cows of our own in my village.Si it was the fresh milk all the time.As I have migrated to the city I just can't afford the luxury of cows in my apartment so naturally I have to go for the pocket milk. But I can always choose that above the powdered one.

I'm lactose intolerant that's why any kind of milk, be it fresh or the powdered one, can give me severe allergic reaction. I tried drinking a glass of low fat fresh milk once and suffered three days of diarrhea.
I switched to soya milk which was doing good for my health. Another alternative is the whey protein shake. I drank this as a replacement for my meal. :)

I like fresh milk too but it goes rancid very fast even if it is kept in the refrigerator as it has a short life span, once open you have to consume within a day or two while powdered milk is more economical and can be kept longer.

I really do not like milk... fresh or powdered... but i know that i need to drink some for my body's calcium requirement... so i usually drink powdered milk with chocolate... when i was pregnant... in order to have more calcium in my body... i drank chocolate flavored Anmum... so i think that will do...
