*ANGELICA in infusion: 3 1/2 tablespoons of root per quart of water. *MATRIX (derived form the Latin for womb): 2 teaspoons of flowers per quart of water. *SAGE in infusion: 1 1/2 tablespoons of dried leaver per quart of water. *MILFOI or YARROW which soothes and reduces overly abundant menstruation: about 5 1/2 tablespoons of flower tops per quart of water. Got this from practical health guide. :)

chamomile tea usually helps me, or taking a hot shower. my mom says the trick is to keep moving and keep busy but i think thats a load of bull because i can be running around getting things done and i'll still be in pain.
