What is the leader board?

Everything is just based on the rating yar. When you create a discussion in some particular interest, if your discussion is good everyone will rate it. When everyone gives + for you, your star rating will also increase and the rank in that particular interest will also increase. To come in the leaderboard you will have to work hard on the particular interest. You must get the ranking below 10. Thats so difficult in interest like mylot and all. It can be done in other interests easily. All the best.

Hi lilcee! I think the leaderboard means are those members who got really many positive feedbacks in that particular discussion. I am almost to the top too in question and answer category. I still have to work hard for me to be able to rank below number 10 so I am one of those leaderboards.

I think it has to do with the number of posts you make to that interest and the quality of said posts. Don't quote me on it though.
