Hi folks! When you go grocery shopping, do you just buy random things, do you have a list; do you buy items NOT on your list but they are on sale? What are some items that you MUST have in your refrigerator, cupboard and freezer?

We always have a list when we do shopping, but it is only when we do a bunch shopping. If we only have few items to buy then we don't need to have a listing. However, this is the primary case wherein we bought some unnecessary items that we don't need at that time. The first thing we consider when doing a shopping are those daily needs items like soap, foods, vegetables, shampoos and most especially those stuffs that my kids need daily.

I usually like to have a list handy for when I go grocer shopping. I need items like bread and milk in my fridge. These of course are "must have"items as well as probably a lot of other people. I like to buy meat to store in my freezer and frozen vegetables. Sometimes I will pick up extra snacks when I go. I like my chocolates.
