How many of you know about microsoft SURFACE? the biggest innovation in hardware

Hi all,
How many of you know about the project 'surface', by microsoft. This project is not new. It has been there for more than one year. It is expected to hit the market by next year.

Now coming to the point. I am sure this one will be technologically very advanced. If it hits the market, can it challenge apple in high end hardware segment?
MY answer is apple will win the hardware race eventually.

I know about this project since last years summer when I saw the presentation on the internet.It looks very impressive but in fact it is new way of drag and drop,touch screen and GUI use.The price is about 9-10000USD I think and it is not made for us common mortals.

I agree with you,the technology progress is very fast so if they want to sell something they should cut down the retail prices which are most important to end users.

You are correct. Steve jobs will not give up. If we need best sofware with best hardware.. we have to choose apple. They are the pioneers.
Apple will not give up.... At this point of time they may have been started the next advanced technology..
