Colostrum is bloody....

I am 28 weeks into my first pregnancy at 19 years of age. I have started leaking colostrum 2 months ago but lately my colostrum is bloody colored I have asked my OB/GYN about this and I'm scheduled for an ultrasound on my breast in a few weeks. He was totally dumbfounded when I told him this he says he has heard about this condition happening in women after giving birth and its an infection of the breast but I am the first case he has ever heard of being pregnant with this discharge... I have looked my symptoms up online and found this to be called Rusty Pipe Syndrome where bleeding is caused by engorgement of the breast and/or highly increased blood flow to the breast.. my breast have gone from a C cup to a Double D and still growing I did mention this syndrome to my OB/GYN who looked at me like I was insane 0.o Has anyone else ever heard of this condition or had it? It would great to hear from you and could you give me any tips and how long is this going to last I'm going insane for I fell like I am the only person who has this condition...
