What did you used to do in your spare time/ 'myLot time' before you found myLot?

I used to post in a boring forum where nothing much really happened. Used to read a lot more but now I read on here, and I used to sleep more as I would go to bed early, sometimes because I was bored and couldn't find anything to do, not because I was sleeply!!! People also used to get more e mails from me as well.

I visit YouTube often, check out friends in Friendster, play Yahoo Games & Neopets, watch movies and music videos online and check emails in Yahoo Mail because I have a lot of e-letters that keep coming everyday. But, I still visit to those sites even when I get to visit MyLot. :)

Before myLot, I have more time for reading! On weekdays, I reach home only around 7 pm; by the time I've finished dinner, cleaning up and had a shower, it'd be about 9-10pm. I used to watch TV or Dvds, or read books until I sleep, after 12mn. But now I seem to be reading less; however I am still able to watch TV (listening to the sounds), while I'm myLotting at the computer. Even on weekends, I tend to spend more time on myLot.

Hi marina321, I use to just watch the tv in my spare time and sometimes I would read, then I started to do sudoku puzzles until I cme on Mylot and now I don't even do any sudoku or reading, how sad is that? Tamara

Hi marina,I used to read books which I bring from the library.surf the net ,chat and also do some handwork like embroidery and cross stitch and tatting.I used to enjoy all that but now I enjoy only mylotting.Surprised to see how mylot has changed our lives.Thanks for sharing.Happy mylotting.

When I have spare time, I usually play online scrabble. I belong to an online scrabble league and I really enjoy it. Right now we're working on opening another business so I've been busy with that. When I'm not putting books into my computer or putting them on the shelf (we're opening a used book store), I am running down to my mom's and helping her out. When I'm not doing that, I have a part time job that I work at a couple days a week. When I'm at home (I'm usually here at my office cause we own a tax and accounting business), I am cleaning or doing laundry but to relax I find a good show in TV or read a good book. When I get on my computer and I'm not playing scrabble, I am here on MyLot looking for some good discussions and trying really hard to think one up of my own..

Hi marina I used to read more and also work on genealogy research a lot pluswork part time. thenI got laid off for being eighty, long story, and had a ton of free time. I putzed around on the computer and found mylot. Once I got' into meeting a lot of wonderful people in mylots friends I was hooked, noway was I going back to being bored and lonely.I had mylot now and its more than fulfilled a big void in my life. I do spent a lot more time here than on anyother site' I not only have friends here, I am making grocery money too.

I got more personal writing done, lol. My mind was completely focused on my other tasks. Then Mylot came around and I had to work in shifts, lol. Plus I also spent more time searching for music and new artists. I still do that, though, just not as often. I don't really talk to people online anymore because I'm sharing enough time as it is with my projects.

I think the only thing I ever did was look at my email and answer emails, I wasn't on the computer alot, till I found Mylot, now I'm on here all the time..lol.

In my spare time I used to read alot. Now finding MYLOT I just come in here and to put the icing on my cake My Boss has no problem with me being here using the office computer. I am so bless because I was only going to be here on the weekends now I can be here after I finish working. This is so great.

I agree with you, marina! I spend far too much time on myLot and I have a stack of books to read, my blog to attend to, and I should be getting off my big bottom and doing a bit of exercise and housework! It's terrible to be tied to a computer like this - so I am going to try turning it off for a few hours every day. It's a very bad addiction!

I used to spend my time before i found mylot on friendster...there viewing my old friends, giving cooments, reading also some posts(which mostly are q&a and a chain messages) and i also checking my mail. But as i found mylot, i used to spend here most of my time, 8 hours a day!!!i really enjoying here, giving advice and hearing others opinions and specially making new friends!!!

I am still doing almost same than before, the most of my time i do hear music, chating with friends in messenger, facebook, playing runescape and of course mylotting =) When i have more time like on weekends or hollydays i will try to be more active here and write in some websites i found in internet to get some mnney. Too bad i have to share the computer with my brother the half of the time so i can play less than 2 hours a week day =(

When I was not mylotting, I was doing several things as well. There were times that I watch movies online or videos. Sometimes, I would listen to music and the like. Thanks to mylot, I am enjoying a lot now. Happy day.

Hi there! I don't do much before mylot. I just cross stitch when I'm at home, watch TV, read books, play and groom my pets. I don't have an internet connection before and its only this February when I had it cause I stopped working and I wanted to find a home based job online. I don't go out much neither. I just stay home whenever there's nothing to do so I have lots of time to search the internet until I found mylot. I still do what I do before mylot but at a lesser time. I stay online here half of my day so its only during mornings that I have time for other things. Ciao!

i was found either in myspace or club pogo. a lot of wasted time got me nada! now, im here most of my time having fun, more than on myspace and at least here people actually read what you have to say. if not here im in club pogo makin them tokies or winster, which i recently discovered.

I used to watch tv and log in to yuwie and read books. But now, i spent all my spare time here on mylot.I don't know but it is kind of addictive. The first thing i do as i arrive home and as i wake up before anything else i log on to mylot and check on my friends new discussions. I also used to chat a lot with my friends in ym but now i spent less time in there.I really do enjoy it here.Thanks!

I read alot and played a online game. I still try to do both. Oh I have a myspace that I never go to. lol This is way more fun. And the people are nicer then some on myspace. Have a nice day
