This week the European qualifying groups for The 2010 South Africa FIFA World Cup will be underway.
Who is your national football team playing and what do you think the outcome of that game will be?
Do you think your national team has some chance of qualifying from their group?
My national team, Romania, will be playing against Lithuania. I think Romania will win, by a goal.
Romania has a tough group, with France, Serbia, Austria, Lithuania and Faeroe Islands. France has, without a doubt the first chance to qualify, but I think Romania can catch the second place.

i've been paying more attention of romania from 1994,they performed wonderful in that
year in usa.i kinda like the way they play this game, full of wisdoms.i dun really care a lot about the qualifying game, the outcome would never come out of our prospects, most of strong teams would qualify successfully, few of them would make
us feel sorry, however as an impartial observer i judge that all these teams of europe
are great.

I doubt Scotland will qualify again. We just don't have good enough players and I'm not sure George Burley is the right manager.
As for the rest of the group - FYR Macedonia, Iceland, Norway and Netherlands - I would have thought Netherlands are a cert and who knows. It would be nice if we could qualify and before Saturday I was reasonably confident but no offence to FYR Macedonia, I would have thought Scotland could have won.

like the brave i am a scotland and rangers man.scotlands chances are fair at best think the feel good factor from almost making it to the euros is in overdrive at the moment.they are playing well and are a good group when all are all fit.but as usaual we will probably hit the self destruct button in the final game.oh well another excuse to go on a bender if nowt else eh brave
