How many is to many?

yes i understand where you are coming from when it comes to the ones who refuse to work just cause they know they can get welfare but wht about the ones who work there butts off and pay taxes but thier employer just doesnt offer bennfits

I do think they should put a limit on the benefits, for example, 2 or 3 qualifying children, if they choose to have more than that, they will have to pay for them. One thing to point out, it's not the 'government' who is paying for all these babies, it's US, the taxpayers. I had two daughters, we worked, we paid for whatever they needed, until they were grown and out on their own. I also think that they should have to have some type of job, part-time, whatever, to be eligible for benefits. I do not have a problem with someone needing temporary help or assistance, due to loosing a job, layoffs, etc. But just because they are too lazy to work, and want to let the government pay the bill, that is wrong.

So I am sitting in the denist office the other day and this woman comes with with 2 kids and a notebook (big trapper keeper notebook) full of medicaid cards, etc. She couldn't remember which of the kids had an appointment. So when they sit down the 2 girls a teenager and a 8 year old shared a chair. I asked here if they were here only kids she said no she had 10 (TEN)!!!! kids. Ten kids is WAY to many. If she was gonna have ten kids then heck no she shouldn't be getting medicaid and stuff for them. She should have to support them. That is just plain crazy
