I was looking at John McCain's record, and I couldn't believe what he has done in his 26 years in office. His trade mark bill is the McCain/Feingold bill, this has been picked apart by the republican party, the supreme court, and John McCain doesn't even suppor this today. His recent history in the Senate hasn't been very impressive (that is when he shows up). He has missed 719 of the 4,085 since 1993 (called Exceedingly Poor by GovTrack), McCain missed 401 of the 632 votes cast in the 110th Congress from January 2007 to August 2008. John McCain's experience in the Senate was on display for the entire country in the third quarter of 2008, he missed the most votes of any senator, he missed every vote.
McCain has co-sponsored 1,227 bills since 1993, earning him an "Average" rating relative to his peers in the Senate. He's sponsored 537 bills during that same period, with 263 not making it out of committee ("extremely Poor") and 31 becoming law ("Exceddingly Good") all of this according to GovTrack.
So where is McCain's experience?

More excellent information!
And people don't believe me when I say he's going for the "most absent" record, and don't get why I'm bothered by how often he naps when he IS there, lmao.
I'm glad to see someone else who's willing to look at a politician's voting record. *wishes more people did*

That sounds like an awful lot of missed votes considering conservatives are stuck on Obama's voting record. I guess maybe his is not important to them only Obama's. Think maybe they are in the closet? lmao just kidding. I needed to make myself laugh after punishing myself by watching that rnc.

Exactly why I am voting in President Obama, who has the best voting record on abortion, the best record on spending, the best candidate on healthcare! He will bring Utopia to America in our newly formed Marxist State! Tell all your friends to vote Obama 2008!
