Do you listen to music while sleeping???

hi friends i will agree with you.I am also hearing music while in sleeping put my ear phones in my both ears and hearing on fm radio and enjoy the lovely music after that sleeping.i will enjoy melody music .its very peacefull and very happy on that time.Nice habby and forget the tensions and continues this.

hi, i do that too. when i sleep in afternoon times i don't get sleep at nights. during that time i listen to melody music and that helps me out to get the sleep. but i know a friend who does this everyday. she sometimes never turns it off and it plays for the whole night. i listen to music and when i feel sleepy i turn it off and go to sleep. happy mylotting friend!

No im a really light sleeper i cant sleep if the radeos playing and i have trouble sleeping when the tv is on i sleep better when everything is turnd off including the lights.

yes, my hobit is listening music, especailly before sleeping. i'd like quiet,soft, nice music as cradlesong before sleeping

I do sometimes. With my w850i. I use an earphone since there's people sleeping besides me. I'm only able to use the speakers when I'm alone. Usually I listen to those songs with no lyrics and pure instrumental and sometimes with lyrics but with a soft melody. Although nobody could really here anything while sleeping. Since when you're able to hear things, then you're already awake. Hehe.

I generally don't like listening to music while sleeping because I think it disturbs my brain which is supposed to be resting. However, I make exceptions (I choose the lesser evil), I listen to music when my house mates are too noisy. I'd rather hear music that get annoyed with their late chit chats.

No I don't. I don't have any radio in my room so I can only listen to music via my receiver or my computer. If I use my receiver, it means I have to put on my earphones... geez, I wouldn't want to be strangled in my sleep! Also, I want to be able to hear even when I am sleeping - what if something happens? As for the computer, I don't like to have it on while I sleep. It saps energy, you know?

I love to listen to music before and during sleeping but the volume must be very low and the music must be something blues and melodious. It makes me to have lovely sleep and i like it.

No. But I used to before I had a TV in my room. I was 11 when I still used music to coax me to sleep. So I haven't done that in awhile and I don't really intend to. I like having the TV on because of the glare. And at the same time I listen to stupid infomercials, lol. Plus I think I would be picky and then I'd never fall asleep. I would have my Ipod on shuffle then I would have to skip around until I find something I like, lol.

Sometimes I will listen to music while sleeping that is because it makes me feel so relax.I usually listen to instrumentals and that makes me feel so good when I am so tired and need peace.Happy MyLotting!

Sometimes, i listen to music, before i go to sleep specially when i'm not yet sleepy... I used to listen on radio, playing my favorite songs (most of them are love songs)...

Haha. Good question. When I was younger I listen to heavy metal to sleep. But as I grew older I found that I couldn't sleep when I listen to music. I don't know why. But it turned out to be a disturbance to me when sleeping. Maybe because it stimulates me rather than relaxing me to sleep. So that's my story. :)

ya buddy.. when i was staying in hostel during my college days it was really a great pleasure living with friends.. but the saddest thing is that they wont allow mobiles and computers and they are strictly banned.. but i managed to get my mobile phone and at night times i will hear some sweet melodies that are being telecasted in the fm radio and thats the only companion makin me to get my sleep
