attending functions/marriages

Hi friend,Attending marriages and functions are a bit difficult for me.As I have to travel long distance and I have to postpone my work am not able to attend.Even for me its becoming a problem.Here after we have to reduce all those activities as it gives stress and we need to atten or meet them when we get time.Thanks for sharing.Happy mylotting.

it depends on where it will be held. If it's too far and quite impossible then I would decline BUT it depends on who the person is. If we are really close then I would find a way to go there. Most of the time also, people do not attend weddings because they have no gift to give. My point of view is that you need not give an expensive gift but actually, your mere presence is THE gift to the couple getting married. If you decline to ALL the weddings of your friends, chances are they WILL get mad at you. Specially if you have no valid reason for not being able to attend.

that sucks that they have stopped talking to you!! people cant help being busy with work or not having money to go etc.. if they really care they will be disappointed but wont end the relationship.. i havent been able to go to all of the ones i have been invited to and some of those im glad lol
