Do you consider yourself successful?

When I was asked if I consider myself successful during an interview, I feel bad because I feel I am not. Well, success comes in so many ways, and maybe, I am not successful in the choosen career I'm into right now.. I still crave for career enhancement and I am really setting my goals for that.. In my family life,that is where I truly excel, but still, the success is not yet on its final stage because my kids are still very young at this time..
How about you my friends, do you consider yourself successful right now?

don't mean to be bragging but yes i do consider myself succesful. alot of people in my shoes wouldn't think so but who cares i'm happy.i raised 2 sons by myself & they have turned out fine. i have 2 wonderful grandchildren that i adore. my house is paid for as well as my car. i had to retire due to bad health & i worried i couldn't make it but i have going on 4 years,not as easy when u don't have money coming in every week but i am a survivor.

hi Lyn,yes i am consider myself as a successful not my dreams to become a pharmacist but the Prayers yes i am succesful for that.coz i always prayed that someday if i get married i want to have a happy family and responsible husband so that my kid will never experience what i had exeprienced in my younger days.my younger days was so difficult. lots of ups and down,you know i grew up without father so we need to find someways to survive,Lyn this reply i have tears in my eyes.i can imagined my poor life.but thanks God i am fine now.

Oh my God!! I came from a broken family friend and I can feel your emotions right now.. but GOD is always good because like you, I am also happy when I get married and have my own family,, just keep on smiling my friend and I know that we are a survivor and we deserve that! cheers!

hey, i am still here in mylot. if i were successful, then i would not be here responding to your questions. but i am on track of becoming one, hopefully. as long as, i think, i have a clear goal of what i want to become and i am doing something to achieve it, then success will be on the way. as long as i am still here in mylot, i am not yet successful.

I thing that success can show itself in different forms. It is hard to measure it sometimes. I am a stay at home mother with a young son. I don't have a career outside of the home but I always kind of wanted one.
I would like to be successful in the field of helping people and being a giving person. I don't know whether I am a successful person or not but I am trying to be a good housewife and mother.
