I've been in that situation before. I know its really hard to get up and go to work when you hate your job. For me, work should also be fun. During that time, I resigned from work anyway, I have a pending job application at that time. But in your case, you have to consider the economic crisis. You'll probably get a another job after a few months , just enough for you to rest and recuperate from the stress you had. What can I advise, If you can still hold on, use your vacation leave or maximize whatever leave you still have, while on leave, start applying for another job. But you're financially capable, take a rest and reasses your plans for your life. Find a job that can make you happy so that the salary would just be a bonus thing. Get what I mean....

If I'm in your position, I won't give up. I'll accept all the challenges they're giving me. They're merely part of your job. Also, you have to think that you're already at the supervisory level. You're already up there. Love your job more and go up the ladder of success.

Hi rodelbulan! It would better if you can talk to the manager your feeling and concerns before you take action. If you keep silence, they have no idea what you're suffering. Have a try! Good luck!

You must not give up your job. Maybe all the things you are doing right now is part of it especially your in the supervisory level it means more jobs are inline with it. You will just felt giving up a job when you don't like it or you don't love the job you are doing right now. Maybe appreciate all the benefits you are getting right now then if you see that its not really in line with your likes maybe quit it.
