I did attended a meeting earlier and we have a lot of topics discussed during this meeting, however, as time goes by there is no definite directions what actions need to do. It is only an exchanged of ideas and individual concerns/issues. at the end of the meeting, there is no define actions to be done. Do you have the same experienced? please share.

Yes, I hate discussions without definite actions to undertake. I think it is just a waste of time. If I attend a meeting and that seem to happen I always voice out my dissatisfaction. I always point out that there should always be concrete action to do and not just discussions. It is senseless to discuss things but not arriving at a certain solution to whatever is the problem. When the meeting is like that and I have already voiced out my suggestion that there must be a defined action to do but they still continue discussing senseless things.. I will just say: Excuse me,,, May I go out." Then I will not return anymore. I hate unproductive discussions. Time is gold so I'd rather use this in productive undertakings.

It would be great, since you still have more important things to do rather than wasting time for a nonsense discussions.
