You're right antiquelady..I guess everyone here are trying to make a discussion that would catch everybody's attention. I don't think I ever responded to that kind of discussion. But I don't really mind. If that's what he thinks would hit, then why not..hehehe

i also donot find it funny at all.people have much serious issues in lifethat they come here for some light moment but such type of discussionsare really disgusting.i donot voice my opinion but i do wrinkle my nose when i read such a discussion.

Don't you just love when discussions like this get pulled from the depths and reemerge? Lol I know I go through dry spells when I can't think of anything to start a discussion about. I would just remain without ideas rather than start a farting discussion. But that's just me.

I have to say I agree. Maybe they were trying to be controversial. Sometimes that sort of thing garners more responses than a more intellectual topic.

Ha!ha!ha! Madam keep your cool! I understand your point very well. I also felt the same way when I saw them. But people really have different level of thinking... what can we do but just ignore. I never respond in such kind of discussion anyway. I don't wanna waste time. I don't know if myLot did not delete such kind of senseless discussions.

Topics like this which needs less thinking usually performs well in terms of getting a lot of responses. People sometimes would just respond just for fun and just to unwind from a hard days work which kind of drain them mentally. So this kind of post sometimes helps in a way. Practically, the one who started the discussion can earn by the number of responses. The respondents can earn by simply responding. Senseless topics aren't senseless at all.

I have to agree with the fact that it is something your are offended by yet you bring up the subject. We can rate the topics, also the answers if something posted offends us.

hmmm but yet you decided to bring up farting in one of your discussions. Kinda a little double standard. could of complained about the topic on one of the other farting post instead you chose to start a topic on farting. hmmmmm double stands kinda stink....lol

I guess that there are people from all walks of life here so you can find interesting subjects to so "useless" subject such as farting. However I do keep in mind that what's not interesting to me might be interesting for others.

i never understand some of the weird discussions on here. its as bad as asking whats your favorite this or that. how do some get so many responses on those things?

this is rediculous. everyone does it! so why discuss an embarrassing subject as this.

I really have nothing against it. Honestly! Although I have to agree it is stupid and silly. But hey, sometimes, getting a life all the time is no fun. o Everybody farts so I guess it's sensible to discuss about it sometimes. Well, I think it's better than gossiping about a neighbor's foul-smelling armpits, or how the teacher sprays saliva all over the front row seaters, stuffs like that. Well, it also depends on how it was being asked. If it went profoundly like, "Do you fart?" Duh! I would sarcastically say No. There are discussions that may have a stupid nuclear topic but are said in a different way so that it sounds interesting, or makes us laugh at our own stupidity sometimes. I think I started something about pooping. At least that's a progress compared to farting. But if you don't find it interesting enough then you can definitely just skip it.

haha it is funny. I did see lots of fart discussions but they do get relatively an amount of response because there are many people feel bored or something too.
