With the amount of "stuff" that is injected in to cows these days (and you would be amazed, if I went into detail!) I really don't think milk is very good for us. It's really a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation!
With the exception of the calcium, what good does milk do for us exactly? The Vitamin D is added and you can get more than you need by being out in the sun for about 30 minutes a day.
If you factor in all the chemicals that is added to milk and everything else man-made that we eat,(the ingredients that are added but NOT listed on the milk carton... and think for a second it doesn't happen... at least in the US) I think milk is probably not good for you.

Actually milk and yogurt products help you lose weight. These products make you feel less hungry, so they are good products to have when you are on a diet. My daughter is a diabetic, and we noticed a glass of milk helped keep her blood sugars more stable at night. (Of course I mean milk in moderation, like anything else.)
