It was near the end of June of this year, and I went with my parents to see Get Smart, starring Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell. It was my dad's birthday and he wanted to try the new movie house because it was supposed to be really new and unique. And it was. Even with the newer theaters, this one stood out well. We really enjoyed the movie and thought while it paid homage to the old TV show Get Smart, it improved itself for the movie screen and brought the story to modern times.

Same here, I'm not much of a movie-goer because I prefer to watch films on DVD in the comfort of our home. My hubby and kids are the movie buffs. The last time they were able to drag me to go with them was when Iron Man was showing. Since I'm a huge Robert Downey Jr. fan, I found the time and money well-spent :) Before that movie, gosh, I can't remember anymore the last time I went to the movie house!

hey me too! though i didn't feel like it was at par with the other 2 movies.... especially without rachel weisz. i wasn't thoroughly convinced by maria bello's (not sure, is that her name?) performance. i bet there'll be a fourth, as peru also has it's share of mummies.... stupid jonathan LOL!
ok back to the topic at hand... lol our family usually makes it a point to watch movies in the cinema. i guess because we feel that it's a little more special than just watching it on dvd.... we only get the dvd if we miss the movie or if we don't feel like it's really worth the price of a movie ticket.

I would love to go to the mivies evryweek. But time and money prevent me from doing so.The last time I went to a movie I saw Vantage Point. I was at the airport to pick someone up and their plane was 3 hours late. So I went to a movie. I own a video store so I see all my movies on the small screen. I am spoiled because it does not cost me money to see all the movies I want. but you dont get the same effect as the big screen. At least the popcorn is cheaper at home.

I have not been to the cinema in quite awhile now. The last movie I saw in the cinema was I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. That movie is now out on HBO so it shows you how long it has been. I can't afford to go to the theater anymore besides I like watching movies in my own comfortable home anyways.

The last movie I watched at home on the PC was Hankock. I just hated the movie. It was so boring and I said what a waste. I wasted my time downloading this movie and watching it. there were some people who liked the movie but somehow I didn't like it at all.
I watched it about 3 weeks back I guess. But all have their own personal choices and opinions so I don't blame them for telling me to watch it. I respect their own choice.

The last movie I saw at the movie theater was Pineapple Express. Funny movie! I guess I just wanted to see the movie. I don't really enjoy going to the movies anymore even though we get in for free. Boyfriend has a hard time convincing me to watch this or that. He's been trying to get me to watch Tropic Thunder with him and I do want to watch it. I just don't want to go right now.

The last movie I watched at the theater was The Dark Knight. Why go to the theater you ask. My response is 3 small children at home. Trying to watch a movie at home is not easy if you really want to get to watch. It is usually noisy, or someone needs something, or they are climbing all over you. Unless you want to start watching the movie really late and stay up late. Which after fight with them all day you do not fell like doing. So the reason for going is peace and relation and some adult time. The other reason is I really like the great big screen and suround sound for movies with special effects and action. And some movies I just can't wait for the video to see.

It's just last week that I went to a see a movie with my gf. There's not much to choose from so I decided to watch Flood. And then I finished the movie sleeping on my gf's shoulder. Hehe. I already knew that movie wasn't any good at all. We just want from time to time go out and watch a movie and its just unlucky that day the dark knight had already ended. By the way I did the same thing watching the mummy 3.

i think the last movie that we watched in the house was the illusionist of beautiful mind.. i cant really be sure.. well, we actually have Cd's for old and new movies so we watch those we haven't watched for sometime.. i like the illusionist, it's a love story and magic combined.. and i also like the beautiful mind, i think almost everyone has seen it, it's a famous movie.. of love and marriage. the guy got schizo but his wife stick it with him till he gets old.. and until he survived the psychological problem..

Last film was "The Dark Knight" last week, before that "Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" several weeks ago. I normally go every week, just haven't been able to over the last few weeks.
I prefer seeing most films first at the cinema, and I've an unlimited card that allows me to go and see as many as I want.
