problem at hom and thoughts are braking your head at work.
Will not be in a stage to give your 100% at work. This is not just simple issue to take a leave from work and you have to work otherwise Loss of pay.

I find it sometimes very difficult, even impossible, to focus. Those problems at home, tell me about it, I've got plenty. So just switching off and concentrating on my work constitutes a real challenge. You know what? I log into myLot, focus here on some other things (like your post for example LOL), and that gets my mind off the problems. Then I'm usually able to focus on what I want (and have) to do.

your example is apsolutely correct. Mylot will divert us to focus on other things.
