hi alona, please advise your friend that "in her hands she holds the seeds of failure or success" she has to make choices of her own , if she decides the life with him is better than she can stay on but if she finds the other is better than she can move on. it is no point in blamming the man, as he has his choices and has said so..it is her choice life is no more like last time, there are alot of available outlets for woman. she is after all an educated woman cheers

There are husbands that do behave that way. In certain cultures there are women who live as submissive women and accept it that way. In the case of your friend I am not sure how happy she is. How long has she been married? Maybe she is just the type of woman who clings to the vows and old fashioned ways.

I do not really agree with this view but I do now that there are many that do. I honestly find it a privilege to be able and stay home and care for my children and family and would love it if I was able to always stay home, but financially this is not going to be the case when are children start school. However, I would not like it to be forced upon me, I want the freedom to choose to do so.
