"Sabaw buko" is what we locally call the rich juice from the fresh coconut fruit

Based on experience, it is useful in reducing the tendency of kidney stones and kidney infections. It is also a tasty fruit juice. This liquid could be boiled and then extracted to mix with rice cake to add flavor. It could also be turned into oil which one could use for dry skin and dry hair. Its intersting to know that. Kidney stones is one of the problems that usually human beings suffer from. I think the products from nature are the best choice.

Yeah. when I got UTI, that's what my doctor advice. to drink "buko Juice".. it is more healthy than water, and it cleanses our body.

thanks for the information i really love to drink the juice because as we all know it has lots of medicinal purposes and the coconut is the tree of life right? i'll visit the site so i can read more about the coconut tree.
