I've always like the format of Ten-Ads and have promoted it a bit, but I'm always a bit hesitant until I get paid.
Well get paid I did!
I'm a regular member, not upgraded, and I requested payout for Ten-Ads on 8/16 and I just now received it, a mere 19 days later - that's amazing for a REGULAR member!
I've included photo proof below, and you can also see that the amount matches what is shown on the link on my profile, which is straight from Ten-Ads. No phony proofs here!

It seems like my earnings added slowing, but it really hasn't been bad. I've already earned $3.75 in the 19 days since I requested payout, so I'll be there again before long.

Timely manner, what does that mean with these sites today? Kinda of lucky IF you get paid.

Now that I know they pay in a timely manner, this will move up into the number three spot, behind IsabelMarco and CrewBux.

As far as I know it is international.
I don't remember how many days it took to get to payout, but I only had 2-3 referrals.

I always come back and show proof of payment, or discuss what I don't like about a site so that others will know which are good and not waste their time. I appreciate when others do it, so I do it as well.
I've been paid by several sites, more than once from IsabelMarco and CrewBux, and should get my third CrewBux payment soon because I requested it less than an hour ago. I've been paid twice from IsabelMarco and already have $42 ready to request again as soon as I receive my third payment.

AlertPay is very similar to PayPal, it just hasn't been around as long. I haven't heard of any problems with it.
I know CrewBux pays via PayPal, as does IsabelMarco. Those are my two favorites, and you can find their links on my profile as well.
