I have just installed the new Google Chrome browser and am taking it for a "test drive." So far, so good. I am finding it to be efficient, fast, and it has lots of great features. I'm not sure just yet if I will permanently give up my favorite, Firefox, but I really like this one. Have you heard about Google Chrome? If you would like to try it you can simply Google it and you will be taken to the download site.

I agree that speed is important, balasri, but we Firefox users have also been spoiled some other unique features that only Firefox has.

I would love to try it, but my pc is running a little slow now, so, I don't want to download it just yet. I'm glad it's working out for you.

It is very fast, bonbon, but there are some things that are not so favorable with this application.

I have not heard of it but I might just read up on it. Mind you I noticed LordWizard gave an informative review, so I'll read his comment as well.
I like you're new avatar worldwise!

The review given by lordwarwizard was very in-depth, maddysmommy, and a bit on the technical side for me, but I have decided to remain with Firefox as my default browser due to all of the added features which Chrome does not have -yet.

I hate change, always have done my friend, and I also use Firefox which is very user friendly and I just have gotten to grips with it, takes me a long time being not very technically minded especially on the computer. So when something new comes along I too am very reluctant to test drive it for fear of things going wrong or I muck up what I have already installed. My adage is if it's not broke don't fix it, so unless push came to shove I probably stick with good old reliable Firefox! But that's for the tip my friend.

I am also change-challenged, wolfie, so I understand what you mean. That is not to say, however, that I don't like to window shop occasionally! Like most Firefox devotees, I have decided to stay where I am.

Used it the minute it was launched. I am in love with it already. I think it cool, very cool.

Is this IE's way of trying to get back at firefox for being so great? lol I really doubt IE can make anything thats efficient enough to really waste any more hard drive space on my computer for it if ya know what I mean! lol I really hope that computer companies start putting firefox on computers as a default lol
