Hi bombshell, I guess you really need to have your check u, maybe you need to use a reading glass! I have that problem before and after 2 months of using my glass, i decided to stop and just tried to take care of my eyes! But, sometimes, I know I am abusing like when I am working online, I tend to forget to give myself a break which is not also good for the eyes!

I agree at your age you are losing your eyesight prematurely. I am shortsighted but luckily I still can read without the aid of glassess. I have trouble seeing distant object but otherwise my eyesight is perfectly in good condition for reading even under dimlight.

I think this has nothing to do with age. It's better to be safe than sorry. No harm seeing a doctor or an optician. This could possibly be a far-sightedness problem. Even though, most people think that far-sightedness only happen to older people but I have a friend who had far-sightedness when she was 7 years.

Maybe it has something to do with your reading habits? Try resting your eyes at least once every hour when you are reading or looking at the computer screen.

Hi! Has this occured to you just lately or since you were a child? I don't know but this could be dyslexia? Anyway, it would be good if you get some more sleep. Maybe you'll get better

Maybe you are staying up late on the computer? Can it be short sightedness? Or else dyslexia? Better go and consult a doctor! HOpe its just fatigue

Hi Bombshell, I would go and get your eyes checked out as you may need to wear reading glasses but if not they will send you to a doctor in case it is something else. Do you get headaches too as this could be a migraine type of headache beginning to appear. Yes our eyes get tired but best to get it checked out. Either that or you are so drunk you have blurred vision LOL but I don't believe that to be the case. Age is not a factor in this though as I know young children who wear glasses. Ellie :D

hi bombshell if the letters are blurred or doubled go get checked for diabetes at once, this is one symptom people seldom hear about but high blood glucose levels can make your eyes see double or blur , you need to check to see if you have diabetes and if so you must be treated at once. go toyour primary doctor first, then an opthalmologist secondly. You have to know wheter or not you have diabetes then if you do it has to be treated first, then have your eyes checked by the eye doctor, if you dont have diabetes get to your eye doctor next. good luck.

Age does not matter these days to have a problem other wise why would kids have diabetics, hypertension and specs. Do go at the earliest and diagnose your problem with a good doctor.

You better take care of your eyes. I too feel sometimes that way. It could be eye stress it could be not. I also have a problem, I can't read a book if it is 1 to 1.5 ft away from my face. I have to move it away. Guess the effect of aging on my part is I become far sighted. You should head your husbands advice and see the doctor. You may need to wear glasses to correct your problem.
