British TV shows in the USA

My Daughter and I are addicted to this British series 'The Tribe' and there are some others we have caught while traveling. We're not forced to download them because there really isn't any outlet for them here in the US. Does anyone else have this problem? Or have any other shows that people in other countries might not know about but could recommend.
