Hi,I work at a laboratory in center hospital.Nine students study here.I want to teacher them all of what I know,but I cann't find available methods to them what should be ragarded,beacuse my age is same to them.Could you have some good ideas?

you call the shots.
you set the tone.
they will respect you if you are "real" with them.
