I had been having a hard time falling asleep and someone told me about melatonin. It's supposed to be a natural way to get your body to fall asleep. I don't know if it's all in my head, but it seems to really work for me. I am able to fall into a deeper sleep than I do without it. So, has anyone else used it? Did you notice a difference?

Yes, Meletonin does help one fall asleep faster. I have taken it several times when my mind was racing or I just couldn't seem to lie still long enough to fall asleep. Since it is natural, you won't have to worry about any side effects like the next day or anything, which is a huge PLUS in my book.
About 20 minutes and you're on your way to sleepy-ville, ZZZZ.
Hope you get some or you'll be staying up all night long, getting credit for hundreds of posts on MyLot while we're all snoozing! lol We wouldn't want you to beat us out! While you at it....just go ahead and take double the dose of that Melatonin so all of us can get ahead of you! :)

Hello, Yes I have taken melatonin and to me it is the best med to take for sleep. I can count it down, within 20 minutes I doze off and sleep better. The best thing is that you don't have that bad hangover feeling in the morning and its suppose to be non-habit forming and more of a health food type med. So yes I did definately notice a difference. I have been taking it about 3 years now and think it is great. Sweet dreams.... Peggy
