if it's my break, I always take a nap, and rest my eyes for a while. I guess there's nothing wrong with that. but if it's time for me to work, then I guess taking a nap shouldn't be allowed.

When I can find the time in my day to take a nap, I do. This is not near as often as I would like to as most times my days are so busy. But a good power nap does me good when I can get one.
I am self employed and I have a couch in my office, so when time permits I will just close my office door and snooze for a few minutes. When I was still employed I could take one more often as I could do it on my lunch hour. Now that I don't really have a lunch hour per se, its a little bit harder to get one in.

I don't have a typical office, I just take my computer where there is an internet connection. I've never known my husband to fall asleep at the office, but he did fall asleep at the coffee shop a few times. I don't think the coffee is strong enough here, if he's falling asleep in a chair at the coffeeshop. haha

I did not work in an office b4, and so i din nap at all.. lol =D BUt i often hear from my frenz that it's actually quite common, just like in school, in the classroom, napping awhile whenever there's a chance, and as long as they dun get caught, they will nap.. haha
But most of the time, they will choose to go out of the office for some fresh air, rather than napping, because they can steal abit more time when they are out.. haha

The third room in my apartment has been converted into an office. My husband and I both work from home. So when I am tired, I would just go to our bedroom and take a nap.
