Hi friends
The rate of unemployment is increasing at a high velocity in many countries even for fresh graduates.
What can be the reasons behind this?
I think that may be the Education System in educational institutions is not focusing on quality education but it is targeting money.

Some months ago I was researching this and what i find out was a little shocking. Do you know that according to your field of study, after completing a four year degree, employers are encouraging persons to attend a 2 year college to get hands on training?
I personally find that according to your area of study 2 year college might be better choice than four years of college

This sounds really interesting. But if I understood well, this mean that instead of 4 year course, one just have to do 2 years training to serve a particular organisation? Am I right, if not please provide in-depth explanation about this so that we all can have a better understanding about this. Thanks for the first and interesting response to this discussion my friend.

If you are in a technical field for example. With two year college you tend to do lots of hand on work, it's according to your area of study.

I think the main part is the population burst and also the slowdown. plus the competetion is hot everywhere. may be some are just above the edge from most students and are capable of getting jobs, plus the networking is needed as well.

There are many reasons why graduates unemployment rate is increasing...
1) The graduates itself - too demands about salary, choosy,
2) The university/college - too many courses that being offered is not suitable and not in demanding industry... also the quality of the university..
3) Employer - all the company wants the experience workers.. come on, don't they remember that before this, they also don't have the working experience.. why not giving a chance to fresh graduates.. stupid employer..

That's a very good response my friend. But my friend, do you think inflation has an effect on unemployment?
Thanks for providing your nice response.

yes,I think so. now schools always admit more students. It causes the quality of the graduates go down quickly.
