It has several advantages: Icognito Mode (hope the spellings r correct) Faster Lighter Ability to make web-based apps into shortcuts Omnibox Disadvantages: Beta No Add-Ons I personally will switch to Chrome when its out of beta and supports add-ons, till then firefox 3 all the way!
